Registration Conditions

1. General Information

Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme is an amateur road cycling race consisting of two individual courses.
The race will be organized according to the regulations of UCI and the Turkish Cycling Federation.
The 91 km long course will start at 08:00 on October 25, 2026, from the city center of Çeşme and will end at the city center of Çeşme after a total ascent of 1025m+.
The 67 km medium course will start at 08:30 on October 25, 2026, from the city center of Çeşme and will end at the city center of Çeşme after a total ascent of 787m+.
The 41 km short course will start at 08:30 on October 25, 2026, from the city center of Çeşme and will end at the city center of Çeşme after a total ascent of 382m+.

2. Participation Conditions

The race is open to everyone over the age of 18. Participants must have a valid health certificate indicating they are fit to participate, issued within the year prior to the race date, or a sports license approved by the Athletics, Triathlon, Mountaineering, Orienteering, or Cycling Federations valid on October 25, 2026. These documents must be submitted to the organization before the race. Runners must have athletic preparation and wear clothing suitable for different weather and nature conditions.

The 16-17 age group can participate in the 41K and 67K race only with parental consent. Participants must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race.

3. Registration

a) Registration Method

Only registered runners can participate in the race. Registrations will be made through the website granfondocesme.com.
The deadline for course changes is October 19, 2026, at 17:00. Transfers to a course that has reached its participant limit will not be allowed.
The maximum number of participants is limited to 1000. Registrations will be closed when this limit is reached, regardless of the registration deadline.
Each registration is personal. Transfer of registration or participation on behalf of another person is not allowed.

b) Registration Fee

* There are 3 different registration periods for Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme. The specified registration fees apply to registrations completed and paid within the relevant date ranges.

Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme - SALCANO Course (91 km) registration fees:

- Between May  2026 and June 31, 2026:                         1250 TL
- Between July 1, 2026 and  August 31, 2026:                  1600 TL
- Between September 1, 2026 and October 19, 2026:      2100 TL

Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme - TOYOTA HYBRID Course (67 km) registration fees:

- Between May  2026 and June 31, 2026:                         990 TL
- Between July 1, 2026 and  August 31, 2026:                  1300 TL
- Between September 1, 2026 and October 19, 2026:      1650 TL

Veloturk Gran Fondo Çeşme - CESME Course (41 km) registration fees:

- Between May  2026 and June 31, 2026:                         900 TL
- Between July 1, 2026 and  August 31, 2026:                  1100 TL
- Between September 1, 2026 and October 19, 2026:      1300 TL

​*On the Çeşme Course (41K), podium medals are awarded only to the top three finishers in the overall classification (Men/Women); no age group classification is made.

The deadline for refund requests for registration fees is October 5, 2026. No refunds will be made after this date.

The registration fee must be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Only participants who have paid the registration fee will be considered in the final registration list. The organization reserves the right to make discounts on the registration fee under certain conditions.

The last date for registration and payment is October 19, 2026, at 17:00.

The organization reserves the right to make changes to the course during the registration period.
